Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Lumière Events website and related online services. By accessing the website, submitting an inquiry, or requesting a tour, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Venue rentals and event services are also governed by the written proposal, rental agreement, or other contract signed by you and Lumière Events. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the signed agreement controls.
Website Information
We aim to present accurate information about our spaces, capacities, amenities, pricing, and availability. Photographs, floor plans, descriptions, and sample arrangements are illustrative. Actual layouts, finishes, views, included services, and availability may change.
An online inquiry, tour request, or conversation with our team does not reserve a date or create a binding venue agreement.
Tours & Reservations
- Tour times are subject to availability and are confirmed by our events team.
- A date is reserved only after all required agreements are signed and payments are received.
- Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation terms, and rescheduling rules appear in your venue agreement.
- Quoted pricing may expire and may change if the event scope, date, guest count, or selected services change.
Event Responsibilities
Clients and their guests must follow venue rules, capacity limits, safety requirements, vendor policies, applicable laws, and reasonable instructions from Lumière staff. The contracting client is responsible for guests, vendors, event content, and damage beyond ordinary wear, as further described in the venue agreement.
Outside vendors, alcohol service, amplified sound, décor, installations, candles, photography, and production equipment may require prior approval, permits, insurance, licensed personnel, or additional fees.
Content & Intellectual Property
The website, Lumière name and branding, text, photographs, graphics, layout, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Lumière Events and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial planning purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, republish, modify, scrape, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit website content without our prior written permission.
Third-party Services
Our website may link to social platforms, maps, payment services, vendors, or other third-party resources. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimers & Liability
The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties relating to the website, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lumière Events will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the website. Any liability related to venue services is governed by the signed venue agreement and applicable law.
General Terms & Contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions may be sent to hello@lumiereevents.com or Lumière Events, 1234 Grand Avenue, Atlanta, GA 30309.
